Hey everyone, after many recommendations and thinking about doing this for some time I have decided to offer mental coaching in a limited capacity. In my years of softball I have gone through countless adversities, wanting to quit, falling out of love with the sport, not meeting high expectations set by myself and others, lacking in confidence, an ACL tear in the middle of my final collegiate season, just to list a few. I’m sure you or your child is going through something similar to those very things right now. I just want to be here to give them the tools to overcome those obstacles and achieve whatever they are striving for in their softball career and life.
As of now, we only have enough spots for 18 girls.
The price is $284 per session
Each session will have a maximum of 3 Girls
Sessions last for 30-40 minutes
